We are currently looking to fill the following positions:

FREELANCE SENIOR CONSULTANT 

As a Freelance Senior Consultant working for Hestbæk Consult you will hold an important position as lead on projects facing our clients - either on our Agency Search projects or Agency Optimization projects. You will work on projects in close collaboration with another Consultant whom will assist on most of the handling parts of the projects whilst your role is to lead the projects.

Your background

Thorough knowledge and understanding of the dynamics between marketers and agencies based on minimum 10+ years of experience is essential.
You could be between jobs and looking for interim challenges or you are thrived by a permanent freelance environment. None whatsoever, we expect you have experience within the following:

  • Knowledge and experience with running either national, regional or global agency pitches
  • Strong capabilities on testing and understanding either advertising, media or digital agency competencies
  • Proven marketing excellence capabilities – could be specialized within agency roster management or agency contract management

Our expectations

Our clients are blue chip companies with complex marketing and sourcing challenges often in a challenging political environment, thus you will need to apply your knowhow in a diplomatic manner. As we expect you to be part of our new business processes it's important that you feel comfortable in sales situations.
Albeit you will work as a freelance consultant we expect you to be part of our existing team. Furthermore, we expect that you understand and accept our values.
