Our performance
Since 2007 more than 150 projects have been concluded with an online evaluation measuring our Performance in the projects delivered. The scores are accumulated into our Performance Index.
Through measuring our performance in each delivered project we align expectations as well as develop our services. Furthermore, following our Values of Transparency and Performance we naturally share all our Performance scores as well as make each of our own consultants accountable for the performance in each project.
In 75% of our projects a Performance Related Fee is part of the overall consulting fee measured by clients as well as agencies rating our tools, processes and people.
